As a Managing Consultant in Korn Ferry’s Human Resources practice, Laura partners with leading employers and top-tier HR talent to form partnerships that benefit both her clients and candidates. Her love of the hunt to find the ideal candidate for each position ensures she sources the right professionals for her clients. By making an impact on both sides of the equation, Laura’s goal is to elevate her candidates’ careers while improving her clients’ business operations.

Laura’s entire career has been built around customer-facing positions in both sales and customer service. She began her career as a Financial Advisor, later moving into advertising sales with WeddingWire. Wanting to use her skill set in a more relationship-driven industry, she then transitioned to recruiting, focusing primarily on contract positions. After four years, Laura came to Lucas Group, who was then acquired by Korn Ferry, where she leverages her experience and robust network to make strategic, successful matches.

Competitive both in and out of the office, Laura has completed several triathlons, including four Ironman distance races. She also enjoys listening to live music, traveling to the beach, and exploring a new destination every year with her husband, son, and friends. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree with a dual major in Economics and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
