Laura has worked in Talent Management Consulting for over 20 years. She specialises in  executive assessment, development, and Coaching (executive and emerging leaders).

Laura has designed and delivered global leadership development and assessment programs. She is passionate about providing an engaging experience for her clients and program participants; building self-awareness and encouraging growth through experimentation and reflection. She is experienced at assessing leaders ranging from frontline managers to CEOs and board members across industries such as agriculture, education, financial services, food services, and life sciences.  Additional experience includes competency design, e-learning design and configuration and Human Capital Strategy creation.

Prior to working at Korn Ferry, Laura worked with several other global leadership advisory firms and boutique consultancies. She started her career as an Assistant Clinical Psychologist in the NHS.

Laura is a Chartered Psychologist and Registered Practitioner Psychologist. She holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths College, University of London and an MA in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh.

She is a Registered Test User with the British Psychological Society and trained in the use of a wide range of psychometric products, including Hogan, Facet 5 and various Korn Ferry tools.

Laura holds a diploma in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and is working towards ICF Accreditation.
