Laura Weiss helps individual leaders and their teams engage in productive and fulfilling conversations that drive successful innovation initiatives, business decisions, and personal journeys.

Laura’s own professional journey began as a licensed architect and Associate Partner at one of the world’s most celebrated design consultancies. Her expertise in leadership developed organically through the creation and delivery of highly collaborative, discovery-driven innovation programs for Fortune 50 clients and through the design of original learning experiences for high-potential leaders and teams in the private, social, and public sectors.

An insatiable curiosity about why and how innovation succeeds (or not) led to further professional development as a coach, mediator, and facilitator. In addition, Laura has been an Adjunct Professor in graduate programs at both the California College of the Arts and Yale University.

Laura holds a B.Arch. with honors from Cornell University, an M.Arch. from Yale University, an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

A lifelong learner, she has also earned a Professional Certificate in Mediation and Applied Conflict Studies from Champlain College in Burlington, VT, a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) credential through the Coactive Training Institute and is a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with The International Coaching Federation.
