Lauren Glaccum

Lauren partners with hospitals, academic medical centers, and healthcare organizations across the country to recruit top clinical and non-clinical leadership for professional and executive roles.

With deep expertise in healthcare executive search, Lauren has successfully placed leaders at all levels, from Directors to the C-suite, within nonprofit and for-profit healthcare organizations, aging services, health and human services, and payor systems. While she specializes in Human Resources and clinical leadership, she also has extensive experience recruiting executives across administration, finance and accounting, and development.

Lauren brings a unique perspective to her search work, having consulted closely with Dermatologists and Dermatopathologists, allowing her to better understand client needs and implement efficient, targeted recruitment strategies.

She is known for her collaborative approach, transparency, and commitment to aligning talent strategies with organizational culture and values, ensuring both clients and candidates experience a seamless search process.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Lauren spent six years at a leading retained physician search firm, where she quickly rose to Regional Vice President, managing a team of recruiters in the Southeast while continuing to recruit full-time.

Her passion for Human Resources, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion is rooted in her academic background—she holds a Master of Education with an emphasis in Diversity and Inclusion from the University of Georgia.
