Lauren Gold Miller is an Associate Client Partner in the leadership and professional development practice  and focuses on high-potential, senior executive and senior team development. 

With more than a decade of experience in leadership development, Lauren partners with clients to address challenges related to team dynamics, culture change, executive decision-making, collaboration, and strategy. She leads multi-level development journeys and designs customized programs that align with strategic business goals.

Lauren served as a lead consultant for the Korn Ferry Immersion Team Center of Excellence where she focused on the design and delivery of innovative and effective learning programs for clients in the US, Latin America, Middle East, Europe, and Asia. Lauren’s strong connections with clients and within Korn Ferry teams provide effective collaboration and impactful solutions. Her skills span executive to front-line leader development and produce scalable, global solutions tailored to her clients’ unique needs.

Lauren is a solution-driven problem solver with a strong background in leadership strategy development and account management for global companies. She serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients across industries including life sciences, financial services, logistics, construction, energy, and consumer goods.

Before joining KF, she supported business growth at an international retail and licensing firm, where she conducted global research and analysis to identify strategic opportunities. Lauren spent five years living in and traveling around the Middle East, studying, and working at a startup while also supporting programmatic efforts for action-driven nonprofits. 

Ms. Gold Miller holds a BA in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Community Leadership and Philanthropy Studies from The Hebrew University. In addition to her native English, she speaks Spanish and Hebrew. She earned a Brain-Based Coaching Certificate from Neuro Leadership Institute and is a graduate of the ADL Glass Leadership Institute of the Pacific Northwest. She is a lifelong athlete, a lover of art and travel, and lives in Portland with her husband, two kids, and rambunctious Aussiedoodle.
