Laurie Rainforth is an Associate Client Partner in Korn Ferry's Assessment and Succession practice, where she specialises in providing businesses with comprehensive insights into the talent they need to achieve their strategic and commercial objectives. 

Laurie partners with organisations to close the gap between their current talent and what they require by enhancing their talent practices.

Laurie supports organisations at all levels in assessment and development, succession planning, and optimising hiring processes with data-driven candidate assessments to ensure the right fit for each role and a positive candidate experience.

With over 12 years of consulting experience, Laurie has worked closely with senior leaders across multiple sectors globally, particularly in Telco, Tech, and Retail.

She began her career in Talent Acquisition within the Retail industry before transitioning into Talent Advisory Consulting. This combination of in-house and consulting experience allows her to drive effective, lasting improvements for her clients. Laurie is passionate about equipping businesses and their people with the insights and tools necessary for sustainable success.

Laurie brings a wealth of expertise in delivering successful business turnarounds within Tech and Telco, with a particular emphasis on sales performance transformations and top-team effectiveness.
