Leigh uses her 20+ years’ reward management experience to help clients develop effective people strategies. 

She advises Boards, Remuneration Committees, CHROs and executive teams on how to achieve their aims via compensation approaches.  Often, this is during times of organizational change and transformation.

Prior to Korn Ferry, she headed the reward function at several major European stock-listed companies (FTSE 100, Fortune 500 and Euronext AEX).  She also has experience from a leading HR consultancy firm.

Leigh places emphasis on delivering pragmatic client solutions. She balances extensive technical understanding with a user-friendly style.

She is part of Korn Ferry’s network of international executive compensation consultants, advising a range of industry sectors across the Middle East and Europe. 

Consequently, Leigh has a comprehensive understanding of compensation best practices in both markets, and across a wide range of industry sectors.

Leigh has an extensive Middle Eastern client portfolio, particularly in Saudi Arabia.  These include well-known Vision 2030 companies and other prominent organisations across diverse industries, e.g. sovereign wealth funds and their portfolio companies, family-owned firms, stock-listed companies, semi-governmental organisations, foundations and JVs.

Leigh graduated from De Montfort University’s Business School to gain entry to the UK’s Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). More recently, she studied business strategy and leadership at IMD Business School. Leigh has presented at leading HR conferences and input into government consultations. She is a native English speaker, speaks Danish moderately and is learning Arabic.
