Associate Client Partner, Head of Reward Advisory Denmark

Leigh has 20+ years’ reward management experience. 

Leigh headed the reward function at several major European listed companies (FTSE 100, Fortune 500 and Euronext AEX) including A.P. Moller-Maersk, RSA Insurance Group, Sainsbury’s, and AkzoNobel. She also has experience from a leading HR consultancy firm.

She has advised Remuneration Committees, CHROs and executive teams on developing and executing effective compensation strategies. Often, this was during times of organizational change and transformation.

In 2018, Leigh designed the Reward Academy for Copenhagen Business School. In 2021, she was a guest lecturer on its Board Education Programme.

Leigh places emphasis on delivering pragmatic client solutions. She balances extensive technical understanding with a user-friendly style.

She is part of Korn Ferry’s network of international executive compensation consultants. She has clients across the Nordics, Europe and in the Middle East.

She brings perspectives that help companies navigate regulatory and societal changes affecting their compensation approaches. At times, her work is at the intersection of reward and DE&I.

Leigh graduated from De Montfort University’s Business School to gain entry to the UK’s Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). More recently, she studied business strategy and leadership at IMD Business School. Leigh has presented at leading HR conferences and input into government consultations. She is a native English speaker and understands intermediate Danish.
