Senior Consultant
Leopoldine is a Senior Consultant based on the firm’s Paris Office, within the Organization Strategy team.
She assists clients in transformation contexts and helps them build people-centric and efficient organizations by leveraging on organization design, talent management, cultural transformation and communication.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Leopoldine has been working on an expert advisory firm where she worked on the implementation of sensitive reorganization projects in Europe. She supported clients in the preparation of social documentation for restructuring projects, by detailing the project rationale (market, finance & strategy), and its consequences regarding organization and psycho-social risks.
She also worked for a leading advisory firm and participated in international transformation projects (merger and acquisition, integration and separation, carve-out…).
In addition to stakeholder and project management, she supported the design and implementation of target operating models (process, systems, organization) and integration plans. Eventually, she participated in the conception and roll-out of Communications and Cultural Change Management strategies.
Leopoldine has been developing her expertise on many industries (Consumer, Retail, Insurance, Finance…). She is recognized for building trustful relationships with diverse stakeholders, across multiple countries and cultures.
Leopoldine is passionate about organizational transformation, and she strongly believes that culture and behaviors are the backbone of any transformation.
Her education background revolves around Humanities, Consulting and Human Resources. She graduated in Human Resources & Consulting from CELSA (Paris-Sorbonne) and in Management & Organization from Paris-Dauphine (PSL).
