Since joining the firm in 2017, Lilly has partnered with public, private, and private equity backed entities across multiple industrial sectors, including oil & gas, renewable energy, EPC, utilities, clean tech, manufacturing, maritime, and  automotive. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Lilly worked with a boutique search firm, managing search engagements across Energy, Utilities, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and nonprofit, spanning middle management to senior leadership.

Lilly began her career in clinical, consumer, and sensory research, with a Contract Research Organization (CRO), supporting research and operations for a F200 CPG company.
