Linda has over a decade of experience in Korn Ferry and its predecessor, Hay Group. Her specialisations encompass the design, analysis, and implementation of reward systems, job architecture and career leveling frameworks. She possesses extensive experience in position evaluation.
Her understanding of the methodology and survey techniques helps provide detailed insight into the market data presented so that clients can make informed decisions.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Adelaide, Australia.
