For more than 15 years, Ms. Gookin has worked with organizations to strengthen their business performance through the identification, selection, development, and management of critical talent needs.
She has also consulted, developed, and delivered impactful talent management initiatives across a variety of industries, including consumer products, life sciences, telecom, and financial services.
She currently leads all the assessment work globally for a large life sciences client.
She also is a leader in the Assessment & Succession solution area in the US.
Ms. Gookin has deep expertise in talent selection and development, simulation-based assessment, leadership and executive development, talent strategy, and team effectiveness. She is also skilled at advising clients through acquisition situations to identify critical talent for the new entity.
Ms. Gookin has extensive experience in designing and delivering selection and development systems at the executive level. She is experienced in the design and delivery of high-impact leadership development initiatives, and she is a certified coach.
Previously, she worked with Mercer consulting. Prior to Korn Ferry Ms. Gookin worked with licensure and certification agencies to credential individuals into careers. She has worked globally with clients in Asia, Europe, and North and South America.
Ms. Gookin holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from New York University and a doctoral and masters degree in psychology from City University of New York, Graduate Center.
She is fluent in Italian.
