Senior Principal Consultant

Linda Orlikova is a Senior Principal Consultant in Korn Ferry’s Assessment and Succession practice, based in the firm’s Chicago office. 

Ms. Orlikova has served clients across a wide range of industries in the US and globally. She helps clients with business transformation initiatives, focusing on areas such as leadership assessment for performance, leadership development and organizational capability building.

Her expertise includes executive assessment and succession planning, high potential talent identification and development, leadership development and competency modeling. She has worked with executive teams and individual executives and leaders at all levels, to help them leverage their individual and team skills, turning them into business outcomes.

Ms. Orlikova leads and supports delivery of local and global assessment projects.​

Ms. Orlikova is an accredited and experienced user of all Korn Ferry talent diagnostic and development tools (e.g., Leadership Styles, Organizational Climate, Emotional and Social Competency Inventory, Talent Q, KF Potential, KF Leadership Solution, KF 360), as well as the IDI.

Her areas of expertise include assessment of leaders at all levels, development, coaching, facilitation of  accreditation programs and leadership development initiatives and competency modelling.

Ms. Orlikova is a member of the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA) and the British Psychological Society (BPS).

Ms. Orlikova holds a Master of Science degree with distinction in organizational psychiatry and psychology from King’s College London, University of London and a Bachelor’s degree (honors) in psychology from University College Dublin, Ireland.

She is certified in occupational testing (Level A and Level B) from the British Psychological Society and an active member of the Register of Qualifications in Test Use.

Ms. Orlikova is also fluent in Slovakian, Czech and speaks Spanish.
