Vice President, Global Program Management Office

Lisa Peterson is a Vice President in Korn Ferry's Global Client Services function based in the Firm's Minneapolis office.

Ms. Peterson leads Korn Ferry's Global Program Management Office, which provides both project management and delivery support services to clients across all markets and industry sectors.

Her focus is on premium customer service. In addition to world-class project management, she and her team are responsible for assuring the quality and efficiency of programs for Korn Ferry's clients. Her cultivation of client-centric approaches creates positive experiences for leaders with whom she engages.

Ms. Peterson has over 20 years of experience in consulting for learning and development programs, systems implementations, and end-user support initiatives. In addition to overall program management, her direct experience includes needs and gap analyses, instructional design and development, facilitation, and change management. Her reputation for process design and improvement is a result of her expertise in guiding clients to optimize program delivery while retaining a spotlight on the experience of the participant. Collaboration and team building are key talents.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Peterson consulted with an industry-leading firm in systems research, and spent 12 years leading the consulting operations for a custom learning program provider. Throughout her career she has served clients from a variety of industries, including government, manufacturing, retail, oil and gas, public sector, non-profit, and employer services.

Ms. Peterson earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology and English from Hamline University.
