Principal, Assessment & Succession

Liz is a consultant focused on leadership assessment, succession and devising broader talent related solutions for clients. She is based out of the London office. Prior to her time in London, Liz was based out of Korn Ferry’s New York office for 5 years.

She spends her time helping clients determine how they can deliver their strategies successfully through their talent.

She has significant experience in account, client and project management, creating trusting and productive client relationships by bridging the strategic imperative of client work with reliable execution. Her aim is to help clients navigate the difficult trade-offs and complex stakeholder landscape and equip them to make the best decisions for their business.

She has over 5+ years of experience helping clients (Boards and relevant subcommittees, sitting CEOs, CHROs and other HR leaders) with the key succession decisions for CEOs and senior leaders. She has worked with clients in both listed (Fortune 5-500, FTSE 100), private/PE-backed organizations across a wide variety of industries (consumer, retail, financial services, life sciences, healthcare, industrial etc). 

As a firm builder, Liz also works closely with both practice and Korn Ferry leadership on facilitation of internal strategic initiatives and new product & IP development.

Liz came to Korn Ferry from a multi-national public relations firm, where she led global account teams for over 20 technology sector clients in developing and executing on strategic external communications initiatives via media relations, strategic partnership and brand development and social media strategy.

In 2017, Liz was a project team leader for Korn Ferry’s landmark research, “Women CEO’s Speak” in partnership with the Rockefeller Foundation’s CEO Pipeline Project.

Liz holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Management and Strategic Leadership from Binghamton University. She is a native English speaker and speaks Hebrew with high proficiency.
