With over twelve years of experience, Lizbeth specializes in designing search strategies for our clients to uniquely position their talent needs in the ever-changing talent market. Her expertise lies in conducting thorough research to best identify the straightforward and creative solutions for our clients. She is particularly passionate about creating diverse talent pipelines.

Since joining Korn Ferry, Lizbeth has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, privately held businesses, and private equity investors. She has also assisted numerous global clients looking to expand into the U.S. Market. 

Prior to Korn Ferry, Lizbeth worked with public and private companies leading their search strategies, most recently as a Talent Acquisition Manager for a consumer goods manufacturer. She also played a critical role in launching various national diversity recruiting initiatives for a Fortune 15 company.

Lizbeth holds an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management in Finance and Managing Organizations, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from the California State University, Fullerton. 

Born in Peru, Lizbeth speaks Spanish fluently. She is currently based out of Korn Ferry’s Los Angeles office.
