Liz covers a range of functional leadership positions including Finance & Accounting, General Management, Marketing/Digital Marketing/Data Analytics, etc. In addition to leadership recruitment, Liz works with portfolio company leadership to identify talent gaps at the mid-level and recruits talent upgrades across multiple functions.â€‹
Liz joined Korn Ferry from Cook Associates a boutique retained executive search firm where she primarily focused on the Industrial sector. She was focused on recruiting senior leadership for industrial manufacturing and software organizations and for portfolio companies of Private Equity firms, family run and publicly-traded organizations. â€‹
Liz applies proven techniques throughout the executive search process to drive results at every stage, including research, search strategy, candidate identification and development, search execution and placement. Not only is Liz an experienced Director with years of assessing executive talent, but she is also adept at determining culture fit. â€‹
Liz started her executive search career with another executive search firm, supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer Practice. Before working in executive search, Liz began her career in sales & marketing for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. â€‹
Outside of work and family, Liz competes in triathlons on a national basis.â€‹
Liz received her B.A. from American University in Washington, D.C., where she was a member of the Division I Swim Team.
