In this role, Liz covers a range of leadership roles within the HR function including Talent Management, Total Rewards, DE&I and Compensation & Benefits. In addition to HR, Liz has extensive experience recruiting executives in Finance & Accounting, and General Management. Roles vary from C-suite to Director and critical middle management positions.
Liz also advises businesses on leadership transitions and succession planning and developing bench strength and talent pipelines.
Liz joined Korn Ferry from a boutique retained executive search firm. She was focused on recruiting senior leadership across industries for portfolio companies of private equity firms, family run and publicly-traded organizations.
Liz an experienced consultant with years of assessing executive and culture fit; she applies proven techniques throughout the executive search process to drive results at every stage, to deliver the best service for her clients.
Liz started her executive search career with another executive search firm, supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer Practice. Prior to executive search, Liz worked in sales & marketing for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
Liz received her B.A. from American University in Washington, D.C., where she was a member of the Division I Swim Team. Liz is wife to a Navy Petty Officer and mother to two daughters. When not working or spending time with family you’ll find her cycling, running and swimming.
