Lynn Wolters is a Managing Consultant in Korn Ferry’s Interim Legal & Contract Solutions practice, where he partners with in-house legal teams and business leaders to address complex transactional, operational, and resourcing challenges.
Lynn brings more than 25 years of legal and business experience from insurance companies and small law firms to in-house counsel roles within large organizations. He is recognized for his strong business acumen, strategic communication skills, and ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders at all levels.
Prior to his current role, Lynn served as Associate General Counsel at Korn Ferry, where he negotiated inbound and outbound agreements as well as advised internal teams on legal and operational risks. Earlier in his career, Lynn held roles at Ceridian (now Dayforce), where he advised senior business leaders on key operational decisions, negotiated complex agreements with Fortune 500 companies, and implemented process improvements and enhanced organizational performance. He also has experience in private practice, litigation, and insurance claims management, providing him with a well-rounded perspective across the legal spectrum.
Lynn holds a BBA from Iowa State University, a JD from Mitchell Hamline University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, Iowa, and Federal Court.
He has served on non-profit boards and has been active in coaching girls high school basketball. Lynn and his family reside in the Minneapolis area.
