Mahesh has successfully built and scaled digital talent and leadership assessment businesses across Korn Ferry, DHL Express, Aon, SHL, and HireRight. He has led go-to-market strategy, commercial transformation, and enterprise adoption of talent technologies, working closely with CHROs and business leaders to drive workforce transformation and leadership effectiveness
He has partnered with organizations across Financial Services, Technology, Telecommunications, Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Retail, Logistics, Infrastructure, Energy, and Professional Services sectors.
Mahesh holds an MBA from the Indian Business Academy, Bangalore. He is accredited in leading psychometric and leadership assessment solutions including Hogan, Korn Ferry Leadership Solutions, OPQ, 15FQ, and Adept. He is a Co-Active Certified Leadership Coach and is currently pursuing Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation.
