Manisha Malik

In addition to leading & executing cross-border searches across functions, Manisha brings deep expertise in greenfield hiring and has worked extensively with clients across the EU and APAC regions to build early-stage teams in the India market with a strong focus on Commercial, R&D and Plant Hiring.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Manisha worked as an Executive Director in the Automotive & Aerospace practice of a leading search & selection firm in India. In this role, she led engagements with  marquee OEMs and automotive suppliers ( Tier-1 and Tier-2), aerospace, defence and drones segment. Additionally, Manisha was responsible for the ramp up & hiring of key leadership teams for GCCs across OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers and aerospace MNCs in India.

Over the past decade, Manisha has worked with several leading European executive search firms, where she successfully built and scaled their India business from the ground up across diversified sectors with a strong focus on the industrial segment.

Manisha successfully delivered numerous MD, CXO searches as well as functional leadership and COE roles, across General Management, P&L, Plant Operations & Manufacturing ,R&D, Projects, Engineering, and Sales & Marketing function over last two decades of her career.

Manisha is a Post-Graduate in Human Resources Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and a Bachelor in Sciences from Meerut University.
