Ms. Sehgal is responsible for client development and overseeing end-to-end search projects, ensuring the successful placement of talent in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostics industries. Her extensive search experience spans mid-level to executive leadership engagements across various functional areas.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Sehgal served as a Manager at PageGroup, a global search firm. There, she managed the Sales & Marketing practice for Canada, working with diverse industries and clients on positions in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, General Management, Digital, and Ecommerce. Additionally, she spent two years in PageGroup's Technology practice, focusing on technical roles such as Cloud Engineers, Software Engineers, Directors of Software Engineering, Project Managers, Product Managers, CTOs, and CIOs.

Her expertise encompasses placing talent at various levels, including individual contributors, senior managers, directors, senior directors, vice presidents, and senior vice presidents, in companies ranging from small startups to Fortune 50 organizations.

She has worked with the highly specialized pharma, biotech, medical devices, software, and technology industries, as well as the consumer and industrial businesses, across three different countries – India, Canada, and the USA.

Ms. Sehgal began her career working with a consumer electronics brand, LG electronics, as a regional sales manager.

Ms. Sehgal holds an MBA in International Business from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, India. She also holds a Master of Technology  degree in Biotechnology from Jaypee University, India.
