Mar Lladós

Mar Lladós is a Managing Consultant in Korn Ferry’s London office, where she is a member of the firm’s Global Industrial Market within Professional Search, with a strong focus in Natural Resources and Manufacturing sectors.

Mar has lived and worked in the UK for nearly a decade where she has gained in depth industry knowledge by successfully conducting mid to senior executive search mandates across the Transportation & Manufacturing sectors globally.

Mar started her career as a researcher where she delivered international searches across Port Operations, Rail and Bus operations, Defence and the wider Industry sectors.

More recently, Mar has focused on building up the Aviation and Aerospace Practice specialising in Airport Technology and the Passenger journey. In addition, Mar led Carmichael Fisher's commitment to making a real impact upon D&I statistics for her clients and identified and initiated numerous initiatives to help organisations overcome their challenges.

Mar holds a BSc in Law from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain. She speaks a number of languages including Spanish, Catalan, English and Portuguese.
