Marco supports and manages complex business transformations, while focussing on both optimizing the organizational design and setup as aligning and harmonizing the people side of the transformation, with a strong focus on the role of the (senior) leader. 

Marco has over 25 years of experience within the domain of organization transformation. He supported and managed multiple global reorganizations and worked with numerous leaders and executive teams in more than 20 countries during these transformations in order to make them successful and stick.

Marco has studied Business Administration at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam and got a master in Strategy and Business Environment, he is fluent in Dutch (native language), English and German (conversational).
