Margo Martin is a Sr. Project Manager in Assessment & Secession and Leadership Development business unit.

Ms. Martin manages a variety of our Korn Ferry offerings to include custom Learning & Development, Performance Feedback and Coaching, Talent Selection & Succession, and Assessment engagements. She has been a member of the Chief Executive Development team specializing in Executive to Leader Institutes (ELI), and Chief Executive Institutes (CEI) and other leader focused development programs.

Ms. Martin applies project management methodology to oversee end to end project delivery globally and has been consistently recognized by both internal and client stakeholders for her unparalleled customer service based on her high quality and seamless delivery.

Ms. Martin offers over 25 years of experience in managing project scope, budget management, & logistical detailing. She strives to anticipate client needs and connect details to the overall goal to ensure seamless and successful project delivery.

Ms. Martin is responsive, thorough and approachable while delivering high-quality work.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2020, she provided project management support in the Hospitality/Meetings & Events industry and Software Consulting industry.  She also has valuable Resource Management, Team Lead and Team mentorship experience.

Margo is based in Minneapolis.

Ms. Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Minnesota State University - Moorhead and is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) through the Convention Industry Council.
