Ms. Baker has been providing strategic human resource solutions for over 20 years with expertise in leadership development, assessment strategies, workforce solutions, employee benefits, and human capital management for growth companies and enterprises.
Ms. Baker specializes in providing consulting support for healthcare organizations by adapting innovative approaches in leadership and talent to align with the evolving and unique challenges the practice brings. She has supported complex health systems to manage critical leadership decisions and talent development in the midst of acquisitions, and implemented platforms to gather insight in building a focused talent strategy as a response to changing approaches to care delivery and clinical structure.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2015, Ms. Baker was a Vice President of business development supporting the launch of a professional employer organization that provided fully integrated HR administrative solutions and employee benefits to growth firms. She holds extensive background with technology platforms that support corporate and talent growth objectives through innovation and scalable tools.
Ms. Baker holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Organizational Development Consulting from Regent University in Virginia, as well as a bachelor’s degree in education from the College of St. Benedict/St. John’s University, Minnesota. She is accredited in a number of Korn Ferry proprietary assessments and digital tools.
