Being perfectly bilingual French-German, Marianne has built up a strong industrial portfolio across these 2 geographies and Europe-wide, and is aware of intercultural dimensions.

Strengthening her experience by opening the Paris office, and other subsidiaries in Romania, Morocco and India, she recruited and managed local and remote teams. She always brought in many new processes in order to improve client satisfaction.

With this extensive multi-sector experience, Marianne joined Korn Ferry industrial EMEA practice in 2018 and is now Sector leader for Automotive, to support clients in this fast-changing and highly innovative sector.

Earlier, she began her career at the French-German Chamber of Commerce in Paris as an editorialist for the in-house magazine where she built up her extensive network with French-German economic & industrial partners.

In 1995, she joined a recruiting company where she was in charge of the direct search process from A to Z and successfully developed her business in Automotive.

Marianne holds Masters in German Literature & Civilization as well as in Economy & Management in German speaking countries. Since 2008, she has also been a professional certified Coach.

Marianne is recognized for her in-depth understanding of client needs, her drive for business development and her high professional standards.

She is fluent in French, German, English and has good basics in Italian.
