With over 25 years of experience in executive search across Europe, I have built a strong industrial network and deep market expertise, always factoring in the intercultural dimensions critical to executive hiring.

I began my career at the French-German Chamber of Commerce as an editorialist. In 1995, I transitioned into executive search, successfully developing a strong business in the industrial sector.

Over the years, I evolved from a single contributor role into a director’s position, refining my strategic approach to talent acquisition, business development, and leadership.

Fluent in French, German, and English, with a solid foundation in Italian. I have opened and managed offices in Paris, Romania, Morocco, and India.
