Senior Client Partner

Mark is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s London office and works with clients on how to navigate disruptive change, transform their organisations and create sustainable growth. 

He has over 20 years’ experience of strategy execution, organisation change and effectiveness, operating model, organisation design, culture change, and leadership and capability development.  He brings deep knowledge of the Energy, Utilities and Renewables sectors through his consulting and corporate experience.

Examples of Mark’s recent work include working closely with the Group CEO and top executives of a global energy company to:

  • Drive senior leadership alignment and commitment to the evolving strategy
  • Re-organise the company in line with the new strategy, simplify the organisation and save over $2bn per year
  • Develop and implement a new people strategy to address the leadership, capability, culture, performance and talent needs to create competitive advantage in a rapidly changing market environment

Mark has held previous roles as Vice President & Group Head of Organisation Development at Shell, and as a Managing Director & Talent and Organisation Practice lead for Accenture.

Mark holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bristol University in the UK.
