Mark leads the delivery of programmes supporting our clients with their workforce challenges.

Mark joined Korn Ferry in October 2023 following a successful career in public service. Mark worked at the City of London Corporation and prior to this was the Head of Human Resources at Bristol City Council between 2017 and 2022.

Mark has a wealth of experience in leading change at all levels including major change and transformation programmes in complex political environments.

Mark holds a master’s in public administration from the University of Warwick and is a Chartered Member of the Institute for Personnel and Development.
