Marnie Swerdlin Crawford, Senior Principal, is a seasoned executive coach and consultant in the areas of executive and leadership development, and organizational development.

She approaches her work with appreciation for clients’ unique qualities, values, context, and goals. Seeing the potential in others, she focuses on developing that potential, and is passionate about helping clients thrive. Marnie partners with clients to customize approaches and solutions in a flexible fashion to obtain meaningful, impactful results. She has both experience and comfort with clients of diverse racial, ethnic, and national backgrounds.

Marnie brings 25 plus years of coaching experience and 30 plus years of consulting to Korn Ferry. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she had her own coaching and consulting business for 18 years and worked with various clients, from the C-Suite to key professionals, in diverse functions and industries. Her clients came from public and private Fortune 500 and smaller companies as well as non-profit, government, and educational organizations.

Before starting her own business, she was a Senior Performance Consultant for Alliance Data Systems, a Consultant for Personnel Decisions, International (now Korn Ferry), and a Research Associate for Jeanneret & Associates, Inc. (now part of CEB/Gartner).

Marnie has a Ph.D. and M.A. in industrial/ organizational psychology from Rice University and a B.S. in psychology with a minor in economics from Texas A & M University. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and is licensed as a  psychologist in Texas.
