Prior to her current role, Ms. Jouve focused on structuring and delivering effective solutions with some of Korn Ferry's top clients in the broad field of talent identification, management, and development.
She is a member of both Korn Ferry's Competency Modeling and Succession Management Centers of Expertise, specializing in helping organizations improve their performance by leveraging integrated talent processes consisting of effective selection, onboarding, development, performance, and succession management.
Her clients include Fortune 100 companies in the industrial, health care, consumer, financial services, and technical sectors. Ms. Jouve's work with multinational organizations provides her with a global business perspective.
Prior to her role with Korn Ferry, Ms. Jouve spent several years specializing in organizational transformation, focusing on start-up organizations in technology and communications.
Ms. Jouve did her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University and the University of Richmond, London.
