Mr. Nakajima is recognized as a leading expert in business strategy, organization management, human capital strategy, employee engagement and culture, leadership assessment and development, Board/CEO effectiveness, and company-wide transformation. He provides clients with an integrated perspective of strategy, organization and people on Global management.
Mr. Nakajima wrote a number of articles on leadership development and organization management. He helped translation of War for Talent (2001, HBS Pr.) into Japanese.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Nakajima was a Partner and Board member at Deloitte Consulting Japan. He also worked at McKinsey & Company, Inc., Watson Wyatt Worldwide, and Mercer where he led the Human Capital Business in Japan and the Leadership and Organization Performance Consulting in Asia, Middle East and Africa Region.
Mr. Nakajima holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Hitotsubashi University.
