Matheus Ferreira is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s North American Leadership and Professional Development Practice, based in Colorado, USA.

He designs and delivers leadership programs to enable leaders on building high-performance teams by increasing their people management skills and their self-mastery.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Matheus was a Global Director in a Fortune 500 healthcare company where he led the L&D and Talent Development strategy in 10 countries in 3 global regions.

Earlier in his career, Matheus spent 16 years as senior consultant working with clients in the banking, mining, beverages, tech, pharma, and consumer goods sectors.

Matheus learned to navigate complex business landscapes while being present to the ambiguities of change management processes during the major mergers and acquisitions in the South American banking sector, including the largest bank in the Southern Hemisphere.

Matheus is a certified Master Coach, and has a deep knowledge of adult learning, leadership and talent development, and organizational culture transformation.

His creative and assertive approach is enhanced by many years of leading and delivery international projects across the globe. His program designs keep cultural sensitivities in mind allowing for an effective and positive impact.

He lived in South and North Americas and Asia.

Matheus is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English and at a conversational level in Japanese.

He holds a BA in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing and People Management and is also a certified therapist by the Reich Centre School of Psychology, in São Paulo, Brazil.
