Mr. Kesting has nearly two decades of experience in assessment, leadership development, and coaching of executives from different industries in global organizations. He serves clients as a consultant and executive coach in a variety of managerial and leadership challenges.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Kesting was a member of the executive board for one of the leading German talent consulting firms and earlier in his career, he was the managing director for Germany of a US-based global talent and leadership consultancy.
Across these roles, Mr. Kesting had leadership and P&L responsibility. When working with senior executives, he brings together comprehensive coaching approaches with his own deep leadership experience in the international environment.
In addition, Mr. Kesting has deep global business and leadership experience as a consultant in different industries. His experience includes managing large international talent management projects and teams in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the United States.
Mr. Kesting's approach is target-oriented and pragmatic. His leadership development clients are board members, C-level executives, top executives, and senior managers.
Mr. Kesting has deep experience in top team effectiveness, talent management, succession planning, executive coaching, leadership assessment, and blended-learning leadership development programs.
Mr. Kesting holds a master of psychology and economics from Goettingen University and several prestigious executive coaching certifications, as well as certifications in numerous psychometrics. He is fluent in English and German.
