As Senior Vice President of Korn Ferry Digital for the North America region, Matias leads the business that brings Korn Ferry’s digital platforms, data assets, and technology-enabled solutions to clients. In this role, he partners with C-suite, HR, and business unit leaders to help them execute their business strategies by tightly connecting business and talent agendas.

Matias works collaboratively with clients to translate strategic priorities into actionable talent strategies and deploy end-to-end solutions that enable organizations to hire, develop, and retain the talent they need to achieve their goals.​

His career spans more than 20 years in go-to-market leadership and revenue operations roles with market-leading technology companies and global advisory firms. 

He specializes in  building and scaling high-performing commercial organizations, driving GTM transformations, and enabling data-driven, SaaS-based growth across North America and international markets. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Matias served as Global Vice President of Revenue Operations at Eightfold AI, where he built and led a global organization spanning Deal Desk, Business Intelligence, GTM Strategy & Operations, GTM Compensation, Enablement, Value Engineering, and GTM Systems/Data.​

Earlier, he was Vice President of Worldwide GTM Strategy & Operations at Automation Anywhere, where he rebuilt the company’s GTM capabilities in support of IPO readiness. He also held senior roles at Salesforce as Director of Global Strategic Planning and Operations Excellence and at Booz & Company (now Strategy&), where he led high-impact GTM and operating model transformations for F500 companies.​

Matias began his career with Google, as a founding team member for Google Argentina and later as a Learning & Development Business Partner in Dublin, supporting sales teams across EMEA. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s degree in Telecommunications and Technological Services Management from Universidad de San Andrés, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
