Mr. Bertram has an internal role in the Organization Strategy practice focused on commercial operations and enablement; he is based in the Minneapolis area.
In his 16 years at Korn Ferry, he focuses on operations management, developing efficient processes, building and managing large-scale enablement programs, and designing and running commercial training programs.
Mr. Bertram has developed a special interest in creating sustainable impact in the work he produces. For instance, instead of developing a one-off process, he considers long-term implications and finds a solution that solves the immediate need, while also building in approaches that could apply to future scenarios.
Mr Bertram is organized, detailed, and results-focused; a project led by him is an initiative that will be successfully launched or implemented.
In prior roles, Mr. Bertram has been involved in data analysis and visualization, dashboard development, and program management. Additionally, he has worked on projects with both Life Sciences and Industrial clients. One major client project was a global review of potential talent pools across 29 countries looking at multiple factors. Another client project was building a complex dashboard that helped the end users simplify the comparison of Success Profiles to each other and helped visualize the differences between them.
Mr. Bertram holds an undergraduate degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy from Bemidji State University. He obtained his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Minnesota School of Business, graduating with Highest Honors.
