He is passionate about rolling up his sleeves to advise and coach innovation teams to develop customer-centric innovations. Notably, he coached an award-winning team at a leading telco to build a service that predicts whether cell towers would be impacted by typhoons.

Matt has consulted on multi-year transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies including a Malaysian energy company that established a common customer-centric approach to find non-traditional sources of revenue at scale; and, a global logistics company that sought to align hundreds of product managers on a common set of innovation and product management tools and practices.

Matt is based in Singapore and has worked in EMEA and emerging markets at enterprises including Petronas, SingTel-Globe Telecom, YSL, Ralph Lauren, Unilever, HSBC, GCash, IHG, and Maersk to name a few.
