Mr. McNally brings more than 12 years of experience across consulting, technology, and enterprise client leadership. At Korn Ferry, he works with C-suite and senior HR leaders to understand business priorities, identify leadership and talent implications, and connect clients with solutions that support organizational performance.

Mr. McNally creates value for organizations by quickly understanding complex business challenges, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and translating client priorities into practical leadership and talent solutions. His experience includes supporting clients across succession, assessment, leadership development, and broader talent strategy, while bringing together the right expertise to address critical business and organizational needs.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. McNally held client leadership and enterprise roles with FranklinCovey, Fortinet, and Palo Alto Networks. Throughout his career, he has partnered with senior executives to address business priorities, navigate transformation, and align organizational investments with evolving needs.

His experience across human capital, consulting, and technology gives Mr. McNally a broad perspective on the challenges facing leaders today. He brings curiosity, commercial judgment, executive presence, and a relationship-driven approach to helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes.

Mr. McNally earned his Master of Business Administration with a focus in International Business from the University of St. Thomas and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
