Matthias is known for bridging strategy and execution, helping organizations align structure, processes, and talent to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Matthias held roles at a leading data and AI advisory firm and within strategic program management in a global talent solutions company.
In these roles, he led and supported transformation programs, advised senior stakeholders on operating model design, and worked on initiatives related to talent strategy, data-driven business models, and innovation topics.
Earlier in his career, he worked extensively in applied research and consulting, supporting organizations across industries in innovation strategy, digital transformation, and future of work topics.
Matthias holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on innovation and change management and is a certified Professional Scrum Master and Product Owner.
He regularly contributes to thought leadership on topics such as future of work, innovation and organizational transformation. He is fluent in German and English.
