Mazen is an Associate Client Partner for Korn Ferry and is a member of the firm’s Organization Strategy practice in the Middle East and North Africa. Mazen possesses over 19 years of core consulting experience, most of which have been spent at regional and global management consulting firms.

Mazen has solid experience in organization design & transformation, talent management, job architecture, change management, strategy development, and strategic due diligence mainly across Government, Energy, Construction & Real Estate, Telecom, and Education sectors.

Currently and in parallel to his work as Partner, Mazen is assigned as the Organization Design & Analytics Lead in the EMEA region. In this role, he actively contributes to developing the practice, updating methodologies and tools, developing thought leadership, and fostering collaboration across the global OD&A community at Korn Ferry.

Mazen has led several large and multi-stream transformation engagements including operating model / organization diagnostics & job architecture, and other talent management interventions for prime government entities, sectorial authorities, and large organizations in GCC and Middle East.

Mazen has also led organization design streams as part of large transformation initiatives including operational and technology transformations for private sector, semi-government entities, and ministries. Key engagements include a greenfield set-up of a key federal revenue authority in GCC, and a complex people migration/integration, including development of Pre Day-1 carve-out initiatives for a top global oil & gas entity.

Mazen conducted strategy development engagements, including strategic due diligence, market assessment and strategic plans, strategy cascading / implementation for private organizations and public entities (including sovereign wealth funds, government offices)

Mazen holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon, followed by a Masters in Advanced Marketing Management from Lancaster University in UK. He is fluent in English and Arabic.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mazen has held long tenures in Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, and other specialized consulting companies in the Middle East and Europe.
