Prior to joining Korn Ferry Jackson worked at a human resource advisory firm where she was responsible for driving new business for research and advisory services. Prior to that she worked for several advisory companies helping them align and transform their human resources, learning and development and people strategies.
Megan has a proven track record of developing and executing customized and scaleable solutions to enable change. Her deep expertise in leadership development will complement our team and offer valuable insights for our clients. Megan also has an impressive track record in helping organizations navigate the very complex learning and development ecosystem along with creating trustworthy client partnerships.
Jackson holds a Bachelor of Arts in communication from the Southern Methodist University.
