In this role, Ms. Rozek partners closely with clients across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and diagnostics industries.  Her list of clients include development stage, private equity and venture capital backed, and publicly traded blue-chip companies.

Ms. Rozek has successfully completed engagements across numerous functional areas including Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Research & Development, Clinical Affairs Finance, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and others.

Earlier in her career at Korn Ferry, Ms. Rozek served five years as a managing associate in the Life Science Practice directly leading client engagements. Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Rozek was Principal and North America Research Leader for another top 10 retained executive search firm.

Meggie obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business  Marketing from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business.
