Mehmet leads transformation projects focused on operating model design, workforce planning, and performance management, ensuring alignment with career and reward strategies.
Mehmet joined Korn Ferry in 2014 and has extensive experience in Consumer and Industrial markets. Previously, he led consumer & life sciences sectors in Turkey and now collaborates with multinational clients in EMEA. Before joining Korn Ferry, he worked in sales department at Orange Business Services.
He holds a bachelors degree in Economics from Galatasaray University. In addition to Turkish, he is fluent in English and has a conversational proficiency in French.
