In her work at Korn Ferry, Dr. Bacon focuses on President/CEO, Provost, VP, Dean, Department Chair, and Clinical Chair/Chief roles.

A native to Western New York, she attended State University of New York, College at Purchase for her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She received her DO degree from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency training in OB-GYN at Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota.

Dr. Bacon is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She began her career working for the Mayo Clinic Health System. She has worked as clinician and educator in both academic and community-based residency programs. Moreover, Dr. Bacon has had the privilege and opportunity to lead the Gynecology practice at the G.V.(Sonny) Montgomery VA in Jackson, Mississippi. She blends her interests in psychology, medicine and sport through volunteer work in adaptive sports.
