She is responsible for the delivery of high-quality psychometric and assessment services to clients with in-depth analysis and interpretation of assessment results as well as development-oriented coaching to candidates at the executive level.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Mette brings +25 years of experience from different leadership, consulting and senior HR positions within the military, IT, engineering and consultancy businesses. She has designed and facilitated +100 workshops and leadership development programmes in and outside Denmark.

Mette brings extensive experience within the fields of Psychometric Assessment and Executive Recruitment (+ 4,000 interviews), Leadership Development, Process Facilitation and HR.

Mette has a background as operative officer in the Royal Danish Navy, holds the Master Certificate and is moreover educated as a certified coach and psychotherapist from the Danish Vadum Dahl Institute (Master equivalent, level 7).

Mette is certified in a variety of assessment tools including Hogan, MPA, PI, PLI, Raven and People Test Systems.

Mette is certified in Korn Ferry Leadership Solution (KFLS), Korn Ferry Leadership Architecture (KFLA) and Korn Ferry 360.
