Mike Collins is a Client Director for Korn Ferry  Based in the firm’s Chicago office, he truly enjoys partnering with organizations, to discuss and understand business challenges, to create an effective, tailored solution that maximizes ROI, utilizing Korn Ferry Digital. With a growing track record of delivering high quality, value-add work for clients, he aspires build on this to live up to the preeminent name of, Korn Ferry.

Mr. Collins has partnered with KF’s clients and implemented our new HR tools and products organization wide. In turn, this has helped companies improve HR processes, have a cohesive job and organizational structure, which helps retain and develop talent, resulting in overall growth for the organization. This has been accomplished through the Korn Ferry Digital Product Suite, and in partnership with our Advisory Consultants, the true thought leaders and experts in our various product offerings.

Mr. Collins joined Korn Ferry’s Korn Ferry Digital commercial team in 2017. Prior to joining, spent 4 and a half years in a similar role at Aon working with many multinational Industrial companies. Prior to that spent time in the insurance industry.

Mr. Collins expertise includes compensation tools and data, job evaluation, leadership architecture, and Korn Ferry Digital product suite. He currently manages a portfolio of chemical, industrial, retail and consumer companies.

Mr Collins earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University.
