He is an industry specialist with demonstrable success in C-Suite & board advisory, organisational design, account management and senior functional leadership hiring.
Mike has extensive experience across the drug development lifecycle, from discovery to mature products, and across multiple therapeutic areas and modalities. He is passionate about supporting private, VC-backed biotechs in building out their operations regionally and globally.
Mike thrives at the interface between science and business, possessing commercial and clinical acumen. He is passionate about supporting groups that bring life-changing innovations to patients, developing talent, and growing teams.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Mike was a Partner in the Life Sciences and Healthcare practice of a leadership evaluation and executive change firm, focusing on senior level hires in the US and Europe for 'mid' to 'large-cap' high-growth companies.
Mike holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Durham Business School and a Bachelor’s in Medical Anthropology from the University of Durham.
