Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Kofsky was most recently Vice President, Global Clients at Mind Gym where he was responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with global/Fortune 500 organizations. In addition, he also served on the wider commercial leadership team where he provided input on go-to market strategy.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kofsky partnered with organizations across many industries to address Culture and Leadership Transformation, Management and Executive Development, Talent Management, Customer Experience and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Mr. Kofsky holds a BA (Magna Cum Laude) in Political Science and English with a concentration in Leadership Studies from Vanderbilt University. He has served as a guest speaker at multiple industry conferences and has presented at the Fashion Institute of Technology on the future of leadership in the retail industry.
