Michael Jensen

Michael Jensen is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Life Science practice.

Mr. Jensen has served his clients for more than 25 years, working to help them align their people with their business strategies. He has designed and implemented organizational, team, and individual interventions to help his clients successfully execute their strategies.

Michael has worked with C-suite and leadership teams in multiple industries, family-owned businesses, private and publicly listed companies in the aero-space, automotive, consumer products, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, technology, bio-tech and pharma industries.

Michael has deep expertise in strategy clarification, top team alignment, leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and coaching. He works with his clients to help build capability and effectiveness at both the individual and organizational level.

Michael has worked for Korn Ferry in New York, Boston, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, and India before returning to the USA and continuing his work out of the San Francisco office.

Michael is experienced and certified in various Korn Ferry IP and methodologies in the areas of assessment, leadership development, succession planning, diversity, equity and inclusion, culture, organizational effectiveness, and executive coaching. Michael holds a bachelor of arts in biology from Middlebury College.

In addition to making a difference with his clients, Michael is committed to giving to his community and volunteers with local organizations focused on education, the environment, executive coaching for under-served groups and food security.
