Michelle is a highly versatile, proven leader with a strong track record of performance success.  She possesses an energetic attitude and desire to continuously “polish the pearl” in order to achieve the best possible results.  Michelle thrives on new challenges, intentionality and purpose on behalf of her clients and consultants.

Prior to coming to Salo, A Korn Ferry Company, she was working at a long-term care organization on the Human Resources team as  the Director of Talent Development.  Michelle also led the talent assessment and leadership coaching with her experience as an ICF Executive Leadership Coach.

Michelle holds a Communications degree from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN, where she is an active mentor in a leadership program for young women.

Michelle is an active wife and mother of two college aged adult sons and two fur-babies just to keep the house lively and active.
