Senior Client Partner & Global Account Leader, High-Tech

Michelle Seidel is a Senior Client Partner and Global Account Leader based in Korn Ferry's Los Angeles office where she is a member of the Firm’s Global Technology Industry team.

Michelle joined Korn Ferry from Edwards Lifesciences where  she was part of the organizational effectiveness team  and helped lead the transformation of Edwards' HR  operating model

Prior to Edwards, Michelle was with Willis Towers  Watson (WTW) for nearly 20 years where she was a  Senior Director of Client Management and experienced  consultant. She was the global client leader for key  clients in the Life Sciences, Technology, Health Care,  Financial Services and Retail industries.

With over 20 years of experience in HR advisory roles  she has helped shape and deliver practical solutions  that drive improved organizational performance through  enhanced business and people strategies. Her  experience spans Total Rewards strategy, M&A,  organizational transformation, change management  and employee engagement.

Examples of Michelle's client projects include:

  • Partnering with a technology firm to integrate  a multi-country acquisition which included  multiple work streams (benefits,  compensation, culture and communication)  domestically, in Europe and in Asia.
  • Assisting a global technology organization to  take a data-driven approach to workforce and  rewards decision-making through Total  Rewards Optimization and Strategic  Workforce Planning studies
  • Overseeing an organizational transformation  at a prominent global biotech that contributed  to over $1.2B in savings for the client through  workforce planning, org realignment and  change management
  • Establishing the PMO for the transformation  of a Life Sciences organization's HR function  and leading the HR operating model  workstream

Ms. Seidel earned her Masters of Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles and her BA at University of  California, Irvine, where she studied Psychology and Biology. Michelle also earned her coaching certificate at the Hudson Institute.
