Senior Client Partner, Global Technology

Michelle Seidel is a Senior Client Partner based in Korn Ferry’s Los Angeles office, where she is a member of the Firm’s Global Technology Industry team.

Michelle currently co-leads the firm’s global software and platform community. Within the Technology Practice, Michelle has a primary functional focus on Human Resources.

Michelle is focused on placing executive level candidates with an emphasis on organizations going through transformation and growth including private equity and venture capital backed, mid-market, and public sector firms.

With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources advisory roles and client management she has deep HR functional and industry expertise. Throughout her career she has helped shape and deliver solutions that drive improved organizational performance through enhanced people strategies. Her experience spans M&A, organizational transformation, operating model and org design, strategic workforce planning, change management, total rewards strategy, and employee attraction, retention, and engagement strategies.

Before coming to Korn Ferry, she led many high-profile engagements for public sector companies in semiconductor, software, financial services/B2B payments, networking, gaming, medical devices, and biotech.

Mrs. Seidel earned her Masters of Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles and her BA at University of California, Irvine, where she studied Psychology and Biology. Michelle also earned her coaching certificate at the Hudson Institute. She is also a competitive cyclist and triathlete.
