Michelle has broad experience leading C-Suite and executive level assignments with three leading global executive services firms in their healthcare, life sciences, and human resources practices.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Michelle was a key member of a top executive search firm specializing in healthcare, where she managed C-suite and other senior leadership engagements across the healthcare spectrum.

Michelle brings over 20 years of consulting and executive search experience to the firm. She has worked extensively with provider and payer healthcare systems during that time, completing hundreds of executive-level searches.

Additionally, she has worked as an executive coach and independent consultant, providing leadership services and talent acquisition to major healthcare enterprises and corporate organizations.

Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from California State University and a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
